Rupturistic dynamism. Vision of change which responds to characteristics worthy of modernity implicit in the definition and practice of globalisation. This aims to provide a new and transforming vision which leads to breaking down immobilising structures, values and practices and the emergence of other proposals. This is related to worldwide recognition of expansion and interdependence on a worldwide scale which covers economic, social, cultural and political aspects.
Expansive capacity. This is expressed in the network concept and practice and the emergence of new forms of organisation which break with old structures. In principle they make greater access possible to indiscriminate communication and lead to different forms of participation at micro and macro levels as well as interdependence between new fields of relations, participation and work.
Emergence of characteristics and values. We should highlight those that emphasise the value of the wealth of the collective and the double objective and subjective meaning. Doing something differently is assessed objectively and subjective assessment is given to learning and life experience gained by the people participating in the innovating experience. This can be linked to greater self-esteem and self-confidence for future changes; opening up ways of looking at the world; enriching relationships; overcoming fatalisms, among others.
Creativity and transformation. These are presented as the two faces of innovation. Creating means doing things in such a way that has not been done until now, coordinated, and to tackle real problems that a community or human group are facing. Transforming means that this new way of doing things has an impact on this community or group’s quality of life.
