General Information

The SMP(SD) project is divided into four phases:

Phase I: Prospective reflection. March-September 2004: first approach towards Sustainable Development

Phase II: Pre-congress. February-December 2005: In depth analysis Q1: What is happening?, Q2: How does it affect us?

Phase III: Post-congress. Year 2006: Q3: What can be done?, Q4: Who can we do it with? and Q5: What shall we decide to do?

Phase IV: Year 2007: continuation of the in-depth studies of such aspects that need further reflection, promotion of the implementation of the actions detailed in the “Genuine and Lasting Progress for the Basque Country” proposal and collaboration in the processes of participation that could take place within the Basque Country. Finally, we also wish to collaborate on the issuing of adequate signals to Basque Society for it to follow the course of sustainable development.
